Healthy living rules video that we prepared together with "OUR FAMILY FRIENDS" project partners

 

İlknur Tosun/Çakıl Primary School/We carried out the "healthy plates" study both in our classroom and at home as family participation. We prepared our own pastry and ayran for afternoon breakfast at school. This week, we preferred to eat useful foods instead of ready-made packaged foods.

My students attended the meeting with our friends from the project. They greeted each other, played sports together and we presented a moment of healthy exercise.

Raluca mother asked us for help about healthy living. This month we will be working on healthy living for mother Raluca. We held a live meeting meeting with our students. We made evaluations about our project. We did sports with live chat in our classes.

Good to see you HEALTHY!
Health is the goal of "Mother Raluca" in our project.
Regular exercise, rest, hygiene, good social relationships and a balanced diet are all important for health. Raluca wants her family to be aware of how important health is.
Wanting to check if so far we have complied with the health rules we have created the video below with activities carried out from the beginning of the school year until now.

We talked about healthy eating and organized a vitamin C festival. We made room fragrances from oranges. Brochures on nutrition in preschool children were distributed to parents. Fruits and vegetables were made from dough for parents and students about healthy eating. A board with posters was prepared.
